Meet Chef Blake Rushing. Blake is a Gordon Ramsay protege and graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy, is a Pensacola native whose professional resume also boasts experience at Wolfgang Puck in Downtown Disney, the world famous Savoy Grill in London and Elise Coastal Dining in Pensacola. Blake’s unique style incorporates West coast flavors with a French-inspired twist, utilizing techniques learned in top restaurants around the world.
When I showed up for the shoot, I asked Blake what he has that we can use. Blake's response, "I just got a couple pig's heads in." My response "Ok, lets shoot."
